Planned Parenthood rally draws Capitol crowd

Addressing Wednesday’s Capitol rally in support of Planned Parenthood, former Texas Sen. Wendy Davis told an exuberant crowd that Republican lawmakers had launched the “worst political attacks” on women’s health care in a generation.

“They are hell-bent on holding women back,” Davis said, adding that efforts to cut government funding for Planned Parenthood were more about scoring political points than improving health or safety.
